Preliminary Energy Use Analysis (PEUA)
The Preliminary Energy Use Analysis (PEUA) allows for the benchmarking of a building's energy use. This process begins with a review of 12–36 months of historical utility data. Benchmarking is used to measure and compare the energy use of buildings.
Energy Audits (Levels 1, 2, 3)
Assessing current and past energy use is the first step on your journey. It is a springboard for finding projects that improve energy efficiency and create energy savings. Clients will receive the maximum benefit by being an active partner in the audit process.
Utility Rate Review Services
A rate review consultation ensures that current rate structures and tariffs match actual use. Rate reviews are an excellent way to ensure proper metering for client buildings. Leak Detection Services
LEEP offers Leak Detection services to clients with higher leak risk profiles. Clients using compressed air or steam could be ‘throwing’ money away daily without their knowledge. We will catalog any proven leaks and provide this documentation to the client.
